Training

HumanitarianHR has training modules that are adapted to the individual needs of an organization. There is basic PSEA training for staff, management training, and PSEA focal point training. Train the Trainer instruction is also available. The development of a culture of reporting and effective response is key to the training.

Training methodology is designed to engage participants in discussions and in creating innovative solutions to unique contexts. There is also an emphasis on taking personal
responsibility for creating a culture of protection and response.
